Hi everyone ! We wanted to write a quick article about something we consider essential in Solanimals universe : Special Editions.

What are Special Editions ?

Special Editions Solanimals are NFTs minted for a specific event. They have a very particular design, which makes them recognizable at a glance. They does not belong to a specific Generation, thus are not breedable. They are part of the Solanimals collection, while being unique.

What kind of event are Special Editions for ?

Every kind of event. For example :

• We could send Solanimals to the top holders of a cryptocurrency or other NFTs projects, as a gift and a reward for being such meaningful members of their communities ;
• We could put into auction 20 of a specific Edition for a charity event, 100% of the funds being sent to a charity, and giving away these Special Edition NFTs as a consideration for donations ;
• As Solana’s ecosystem is reaching a new milestone (let’s say, a new ATH for $SOL), we could send NFTs to all current owners of Solanimals to keep as a souvenir for this event.
• And so on !

How to get a Special Edition Solanimal ?

Be an active member of Solanimal Community, or any community in the Solana Ecosystem. Subscribe to our Twitter to be notified of our events. And that’s it !

With time, a lot of different SE (Special Edition) Solanimals will coexist, marking Solana’s history, with all its projects and events.
